Roger Federer Talks Rolex Collection

Tennis star Roger Federer stepped off the court serve up a review of his impressive Rolex collection.

Federer talked about three of his pieces—surely just a small fraction of his collection—and pointed out what makes each special in the interview with Vijay Amritraj

He began with the Rolex Day-Date, his preferred evening piece. He calls it his go-to for dressy nighttime events. Federer moved on to a vintage piece, a 1981 Daytona. This special stainless steel timepiece was created the same year Federer was born, and Rolex gave it to him for his 30^th birthday last year.

Finally, the Datejust. To call it a sentimental piece is an understatement: he wore it at the trophy ceremony for his 15^th grand slam win.
