The 18K white gold timepiece is set with 87 originally cut diamonds, 184 round cut diamonds and 39 princess cut diamonds can be found at the Swiss watchmaker’s South Coast Plaza boutique in Costa Mesa.
The piece, which is part of the Métiers d’Art collection, retails for $750,000.
