For nearly two decades, Hublot has been perfecting the intricacies of exclusively using ceramic. The monochromatic coloring of ceramic requires precision in firing to obtain a perfectly homogeneous result, complicating the case’s design, which can jeopardize water resistance and the guarantee of a pure and crystal-clear sound. The process is perhaps one of the most meticulous because if a single mistake is made, you have to start again from the beginning. Therefore, the Big Bang Integral Minute Repeater Ceramic is not only a victory in masting the material but also a testament to Hublot’s interdisciplinary watchmaking mastery, spanning all the skills of Haute Horlogerie.

For the release, Hublot presents 36 pieces—half in black ceramic and half in white ceramic—each measuring 43mm. This is also the first time a Big Bang Integral Ceramic has been produced in black. And, they’re not stopping there. It is also the first time this collection includes a tourbillon, entirely crafted in-house with an MHUB801 calibre, equipped with manual winding, providing over three days of power reserve.

The new Big Bang Integral Minute Repeater Ceramic is the ultimate triple threat: it features Hublot’s Grand Grande Complication, a Tourbillon Minute Repeater, within its Big Bang, in one of its most prestigious achievements of the Integral Ceramic.
Honoring the history between Hublot and Japan, a country that is highly connoisseur of Haute Horlogerie, this edition will be available in Japan only.
