This collectors piece offered by Montres Journe consists of 425 baguette diamonds and 201 brilliant cut diamonds for the dial, totaling 75 carats.

The exquisite dial of the Tourbillon Souverain shows the hours and minutes indications at the 3:00 position, small seconds at 6:00 and the 42 hour power reserve at 12:00.
