Chanel Presents J12 GMT Matte Black Watch

French Haute couture and luxury goods house Chanel has recently released the latest version of its flagship watch, the meticulously detailed J12 GMT Matte Black timepiece.

Made almost entirely from black matte high-tech ceramic, the watch features self-winding mechanical movement and has a power reserve of 42 hours.  The timepieces functions include hours, minutes, seconds, date, and most importantly, second time zone.  This GMT movement, or the second time zone, is read on the dial by the GMT hand which has a red arrow on it, to avoid confusion with the other hands.   This feature will be very convenient for those who travel frequently to different time zones.

While the watch is very sleek due to its matte black color, it is also robust, being water resistant to a depth of 100 metres, and is highly scratch resistant.  The timepiece also features a steel triple folding buckle.
