The ‘fun-to-drive’ car draws inspiration from the Lamborghini Urus SUV and has set out to create a supercar for challenging environments.

Based on the same concept as the Huracán EVO, the Sterrato system will include four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering wheel, modified suspension and torque vectoring, anticipating the driver’s next move to ensure state-of-the-art driving dynamics.
“The Huracán Sterrato illustrates Lamborghini’s commitment to being a future shaper: a super sports car with off-road capabilities, the Sterrato demonstrates the Huracán’s versatility and opens the door to yet another benchmark of driving emotion and performance,” Maurizio Reggiani, Chief Technical Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, said.
The model is fitted with underbody reinforcements and body protection, a specially-designed interior that serves as a reflection of the sport off-road character of the Sterrato. While the new model is set to elevate the brand to a new level with its innovative approach to luxury meets off-roading, the brand has previously explored the potential of off-roading capabilities with the Lamborghini Jarama and Urraco of the 1970s.
“Lamborghini’s RD and design teams are constantly exploring new opportunities and delivering the unexpected as a core characteristic of our DNA, challenging possibilities while inspired by Lamborghini brand heritage,” Reggiani said.
