Haute Yacht of the Week: Feadship Musashi

In this week’s edition of Haute Yacht, we’re looking at the 87.78m (288’0″) superyacht Musashi. This stunning five deck yacht was unveiled in 2011 by Feadship’s De Voogt Naval Architects in the Netherlands.

Upper deck Lounge

Named after a legendary samurai warrior, the Musashi offers an inspirational synthesis of Japanese design and art deco-style elements. Her elegant profile features clear lines and an optimal use of light and space. This striking exterior flows seamlessly into an interior where each space is conceived with optimum efficiency in mind and crafted to perfection.

Master Stateroom

A wealth of built-in and loose furniture ensures that Musashi displays a remarkable sense of unity, both inside and out. The custom-built yacht can accommodate eighteen, with the main deck devoted to eight suites for guests (two of which are VIP, situated aft). There are also two master staterooms, one on the third (upper) deck and another on the fourth (bridge) deck.

Upper deck Lounge

Reaching speeds of 14.00 – 21.00 knots, the Musashi features accommodations and lounges spread across its five decks. The lower deck is free for technical spaces and crew (plus a spa and gym), while the top deck is devoted to the spa pool and bar.
