This beautiful timepiece features a Cartier Caliber 9452MC, manually winding movement with a flying tourbillon and a 50 hour power reserve.  The recognizeable Cartier Tank Americaine case measures 52 mm by 36mm. Created in 18k rose gold with a sapphire crystal cabochon topping the crown (as most of the iconic Cartier pieces), and a sapphire crystal and case back. Its attractive dial features Roman Numerals to mark the hours and the Tourbillon Volant or flying tourbillon cage visisble at center dial along with the blued hour and minute hands.
