The 18k red gold and titanium case measures 47mm x 50mm x 17mm and houses a three-dimensional horological engine designed by Jean-Marc Wiederrecht. The functions of the Megawind include hours diaplayed on one cone and minutes displayed on the other cone, both protected by sapphire crystals, with anti-reflective treatment on both sides, along with the front and back display windows as well.

The Megawind by MBF is shown on a black, hand-stitched alligator strap with 18k gold and titanium custom folding buckle.
