Cartier uses its own movement, a Cartier Calibre 9423 MC for this timepiece, which is manual winding and features the perpetual calendar and chronograph.

The Rotonde de Cartier Perpetual Calendar Chronograph features hours and minutes functions along with date display, days of the week, the month, leap year and chronograph functions.

The case measures 42mm and is shown in 18k pink gold with brown dial and matching crocodile strap.
