This impressive timepiece is inspire by the legendary marine chronometer instrument, a clock that was so precise, it was also used for celestial navigation after its creation in the 18th century.
The Christophe Colomb shown here in 18k rose gold features a 45mm case which houses an El Primero 8808 manual winding movement. The dial shows hours and minutes at the twelve o’clock position, a self-regulating gravity control module at the six o’clock position and the Equation of Time display at the three o’clock position.
Zenith’s Christophe Colomb is shown here on an alligator strap lined with rubber and the timepiece is water resistant to 3ATM.
