Titanium and sapphire crystal make up the unique shape of the Dream Watch 5. Its organic design combines charisma with wearing comfort, setting the stage for a most spectacular watch. The grade 5 titanium is blued, giving it the rich a unique color that makes it a statement and understatement at the same time. The time is displayed through a jump hour, combined with a training minutes disc. It is complemented by a spherical moon phase, created by connecting two halves, one made from palladium and perfectly polished, and the other crafted from blued steel. Thanks to a patented mechanism, it is accurate to one (lunar) day every 1,112 years.
The back is equally enticing, as here we can see the unique 30-seconds tourbillon, which De Bethune launched in 2008. Crafted from titanium and silicon, it is very light, weighing only 0.18 grams, offering increased performance. It runs at the high frequency of 36,000 VpH, while the self-regulating twin mainspring barrels give the watch a power reserve of a generous four days. Aesthetically is the back of the Dream Watch 5 as stunning as the front.
